A. We have been working to change webhosts and update the site, and it has taken longer than anticipated, as you can see, it is still undergoing reconstruction.
Q. Why does clicking on a link open a download window?
A. You may need to install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, a lot of our links are to .PDF documents, and without a PDF reader they would just download to your computer instead of opening up for you to view.
